Rex Allen Days Rodeo Queen
Appearances
Benson
Butterfield Stage Days - October 9, 2010
I had a great time at the parade and the rodeo.
Everything went smoothly, especially for my first time as
being a rodeo Queen.
Tombstone Helldorado Days
- October 17, 2010
This parade was a lot of fun. Once again, I
didn't have any problems and everything went as planned.
Empire Ranch Foundation -
October 23, 2010
This ranch is located north of Sonoita, AZ.
The members have this fundraiser to earn money to keep the
ranch up and running. I walked around and met a lot of
supporters. It was a great time.
GCPRA Finals in Cottonwood, AZ
- November 13 & 14, 2010
When I went to check in, the people running the
rodeo didn't know that I was coming, which was a surprise
because it was one of my requirements; however, it wasn't a
problem, and the weekend went well. I was the only
royalty at that rodeo, which was another surprise because it
was the finals.
Willcox Parade of Lights
- December 4, 2010
For this parade, I led a Brangus calf. He did
great and was a big hit, especially with all the kids.
I decided not to ride because it was so late and dark at
night. I was dressed in lights, but couldn't get
lights on the calf. I had a great time watching the
kids pet and feed him.
Willcox Nursing Home Christmas
Party - December 17, 2010
This was a really touching appearance. I was
very pleased with how the residents were treated and it
touched my heart how the community helped get them all many
presents. I had a fun time talking to them and
listening to them sing along with the piano music.
Lost Dutchman Days Queen
Pageant - January 15, 2011
I came as a visiting queen to this contest in
Apache Junction. It was a relaxing and wonderful
experience being able to watch girls my age compete and try
their hardest. It made me realize how grateful I am to
have this position because I did work hard for it.
